The Beginning

Well the vacation is off to a great Italian start and we haven't even left Spokane.  Last night Carol and I decided to pretty up our toes for the trip and went to The Spa Paradiso at the Davenport Hotel for pedicures.  We were sitting in our robes in the Serenity Room, sipping on a great Cab and chatting about our trip and a man in a robe (a very familar looking man) comes in and wants to join the party!!  He was some what of a comedian and I kept on thinking "Who is this guy?  I know him from somewhere."  It was Ray Liotta!  What a great way to start off an Italian adventure. 


So we have a couple of days to finish the last packing details and will be on our way.  The Reeds will be leaving on Sunday and followed by the Hooffs on Monday. We hope to post an update in a few days.  Arrividerci.

    shoot.... I'm I doing something wrong? I'm not a frequent blogger but there doesn't seem to be any news since Cinda and Carol met Ray Liotta in their bathrobes. Did you all arrive? Are you having so much fun or so tired you don't care that several of your dear friends and family are waiting and waiting....

    Don't worry AK--they've arrived and are having fun but are proving themselves thus far to be terrible bloggers--they haven't posted yet. They've already forgotten about all of back home:)
